Dame Violenta’s prized poodle. Top winner of the Perilous Downs Dog Show by default, she was the only pet contestant standing after the competition was mysteriously devoured backstage. Her attitude, not to mention her hairstyle, was derived from a lightning strike incident in the backyard. Some little miscreant had mounted a lightning rod to the top of Diva’s overly posh doghouse as a way to play a prank on Granny Violenta. It did not work as intended. Diva’s new look and increased hostility made Violenta even more proud as her owner.
