The paternal twin to Mymecroft and the first woman ever to receive her PHD as a result of threatening letters sent to the nearby medical school, the “I. Will Hurtum School of Medicinal Malpractice.” Neurosa specialized in studying Self Psychotic Criminal Brain Activity. She was so enamored with her own evil genius that she removed half of her own brain to study it. Unfortunately, she removed the slightly better half, leaving her more crazed than before. She gave it a secret pet name. It could only be heard in her whispers as she stroked her left lobe like a cat on her lap. Scratched upon the base of her tombstone was perhaps the name.... “BUTTERCUP.”
