A crazed destroyer of all things floral, he loved frightening citizens of Perilous Downs by carving grim shapes into their corn fields with his rusty long scythe, whistling off key tunes while he labored. He and his wife are believed to have invented the servant Cryptopher in a darkly genius plan to get paid extra money by the family for services rendered.
